INFORMATION FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES IN MUNICIPAL OFFICES: Local Candidates | Wisconsin Elections Commission BALLOT ACCESS MANUAL FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES: Getting on the Ballot | Wisconsin Elections Commission

Notification of Noncandidacy form for municipal offices must be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer on or before December 23rd, 2022 at 5:00pm for current incumbents who do not wish to serve another term.

Plan Commission Applications and Application Support Documents

  • Plan Commission Application – Required for Land Division, Zoning Change, Conditional Use Permit, Minor/Major Land Division, Special Exception, and Exotic Animal/Reptile Permit. Plan Commission applications and the applicable fee must be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer on or before the second Wednesday of the month by 5:00pm. Please use the applicable support document(s) below to assist with the completion of your application.
    • Land Division Support Document (for applicants requesting a minor/major land division)
    • Rezoning Support Document (for applicants requesting a rezoning)
    • Conditional Use Permit Support Document (for applicants requesting a conditional use permit)
    • Special Exception Support Document (for applicants requesting a special exception)
