- Plan Commission Application – Required for Land Division, Zoning Change, Conditional Use Permit, Minor/Major Land Division, Special Exception, and Exotic Animal/Reptile Permit. Plan Commission applications and the applicable fee must be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer on or before the second Tuesday of the month by 5:00pm. Please use the applicable support document(s) below to assist with the completion of your application.
