Plan Commission Applications

  • Plan Commission Application – Required for Minor/Major Land Division, Zoning Change, Conditional Use Permit, Special Exception, and Exotic Animal/Reptile Permit request. Plan Commission applications and the applicable fee MUST be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer on or before the second Tuesday of the month by 5:00pm. If received by this deadline, the application will be noticed to the public as required and placed on the Holland Plan Commission agenda the following month. Holland Plan Commission meetings are held at the Holland Town Hall on the first Monday of the month at 7:30pm unless otherwise scheduled.

Effective December 24, 2025, the United States Postal Service is moving the postmark process from local application to regional sorting centers. This may mean a delay between when you drop off a letter and when it receives an official postmark. It is recommended that property tax payments be mailed early to account for this change.
