The Aging & Disability Resource Center of Sheboygan County is excited to announce the Sheboygan County Connect Program. Please click HERE to view the flyer for the program, which includes program details and qualifications.
To use the Sheboygan County Connect transportation service, riders must be:
- A Senior, a Veteran, or a Disabled Adult
- Living in a rural area of Sheboygan County
- Able to get in and out of a mini-van independently
- Able to complete shopping within the allotted time slot (60 or 90 min.)
- Able to carry their own groceries
