- Plan Commission Application – Required for Minor/Major Land Division, Zoning Change, Conditional Use Permit, Special Exception, and Exotic Animal/Reptile Permit request. Plan Commission applications and the applicable fee MUST be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer on or before the second Tuesday of the month by 5:00pm. If received by this deadline, the application will be noticed to the public as required and placed on the Holland Plan Commission agenda the following month. Holland Plan Commission meetings are held at the Holland Town Hall on the first Monday of the month at 7:30pm unless otherwise scheduled.
