Town Hall Rentals

The Holland Town Hall at W3005 County Road G, Cedar Grove, WI 53013 is available for the public to rent on a daily basis, unless there is a Town event or meeting otherwise scheduled on a certain date, such as Election Day. All applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. All fees must be paid with the submittal of the rental application and agreement. The rental reservation will not be confirmed until all forms and fees have been received by the Town.

Rental fees are $50 for Town of Holland residents or property owners and $75 for non-residents. Checks are preferred, payable to the Town of Holland. If all provisions of the Town Hall Rental Agreement are not adhered to fully, other charges as further specified may be imposed.

Applicants wishing to rent the Town Hall may contact the Town Clerk-Treasurer at 920-668-6625 or clerk-treasurer@hollandwi.gov, or simply submit the Town Hall Rental Application and Agreement and applicable fee by mail to the Holland Town Hall, or by using the 24/7 drop box at the Holland Town Hall located next to the posting board near the front doors. Both page 3 and page 4 of the application must be submitted.

Reservations will be confirmed by email or by telephone, if the applicant does not have an email address. A few days prior to the rental, the Town Clerk-Treasurer will email or call the renter to provide a temporary access code to enter the Town Hall using the east door. Further instructions about the rental will be provided at that time.

Cancellations (for any reason) after confirmation must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event or the entire rental fee shall be forfeited. Any cancellation with less than thirty (30) days’ notice shall require a forfeiture of one-half (½) of the rental fee.
