The Town of Holland seeks a self-motivated person to serve as the Director of Public Works and Property. This person must possess strong communication and people skills; good planning, scheduling, and budgeting skills; be able to supervise part-time staff; and be able to work independently and with others. Duties of this position include oversight and maintenance of almost 55 miles of town roads, the park and other properties, the recycling center, and the Town Hall. This position offers competitive pay and a flexible working schedule. The position reports to the Chair of the Roads Committee.
